Elizabeth Snook

Elizabeth is a registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO and has been practicing since 2021. Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work with a great variety of patient populations and has found that she especially enjoys working with veterans and athletes. Elizabeth has experience working with varsity and semi-pro athletes, as well as weekend warriors.

Elizabeth has additional training in cupping therapy and combined decongestive therapy. Growing up playing sports and living an active lifestyle, Elizabeth understands how important it is to support people in maintaining their well-being and recovering from injuries. She strives to take an active approach to each individual’s massage therapy needs. Elizabeth is really looking forward to working with active individuals and is eager to continue learning.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys strength training, practicing yoga, and spending time outside.
