Hayden Jaco

Hayden attended Vernon College, Indiana State University, and graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He was a varsity athlete playing NCJAA, NCAA Division 1, and Division 2 baseball.

Growing up, Hayden played hockey and baseball. He focused on weight training in both sport-specific training and recreational training for functional movements. He still plays competitive baseball for the Barrie Baycats throughout the summer. He began CrossFit in 2020. A highlight of his CrossFit career was winning the RX Team Division at Wodapalooza in 2024.
