Personal Trainer
Victoria went to Western University and has a degree in Health Science. She is a dedicated personal trainer with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, along with CF-L1 and CF-L2 CrossFit certifications. She has 4 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry and specializes in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, and overall fitness.
Victoria is a former competitive soccer player and a current flag football player with Western University. Her athletic background, drive, and passion for sports seamlessly transitioned into a passion for coaching and training others.
